SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, if one does not come through please check your junk mail or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A separate shipping email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Postage & Handling
- All Australian orders are sent Express via Australia Post. We kindly ask that you allow up to 2 days for handling before dispatch.
- Use the tracking number provided in the shipping email to track your parcel. Your parcel can be tracked on either the Australia Post website (Australian orders)
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please email email@example.com
- Please note, it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office (or similar) if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.
- Please note that due to COVID-19, the below shipping timeline guides may be impacted and shipping may be delayed.
- Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. All orders are sent Express.
