RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not usually offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
All faulty items must be shipped back to Allure Bijou within 3 business days from the date of the claim. Prior to any remedy, we will conduct a full assessment as to the cause of the fault; misuse will not be deemed as a manufacturers fault. Allure Bijou, at its discretion, will advise whether the goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a refund, funds will be credited back on to the original credit/debit card of purchase via Secure Pay. Clearance of funds may take up to 7 business days to be processed.
